Terms of service

What Perk Maximizer is

Perk Maximizer signs you in to personal apps without a password: with a passkey, an email code or your Google account. It keeps one account per person for those apps, and lets you manage your name, picture, email, passkeys and connected apps, download your data, or delete your account. It is free.

Who can use it

• AgeYou must be 16 or older.
• One personAn account is for one person. Use an email address you control.
• Allowed listsSome apps admit only invited addresses. If yours is not on the list, you cannot sign in to that app.

Your account

Keep your passkeys, your email account and your Google account safe: anyone who can use them can sign in as you. You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone else has signed in as you, remove the passkeys you do not recognise, disconnect anything you did not approve, and write to privacy@perkmaximizer.com.

What you may not do

• Attack or overload itNo attempts to break in, guess codes, get round the limits or the bot check, or slow the service down.
• Pretend to be someone elseNo accounts in another person's name or with an email address that is not yours.
• Misuse email codesNo asking for codes to be sent to addresses that are not yours.
• Break the lawNo use of the service for anything unlawful.

Apps and assistants you connect

The apps you sign in to with Perk Maximizer, and the AI assistants you connect (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor), are run under their own terms. A connection can do only what you approved on the consent screen, and you can end it at any time on your profile. Innesta LLC is not responsible for what those apps and assistants do.

Changes and ending

• Changes to the serviceWe may change, pause or stop the service, or any part of it. Where we can, we say so in advance.
• Deleting your accountYou can delete your account at any time from your profile. It is removed at once, and the apps you use are told.
• Inactive accountsAn account with no sign-in or use for 365 days is deleted, without a warning.
• Breaking these termsWe may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

No guarantees

Perk Maximizer is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of faults. As far as the law allows, Innesta LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by the apps and assistants you connect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes go to the courts of Texas. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the consumer law of your country, including the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, this page shows the new date. If you keep using Perk Maximizer after a change, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, delete your account.
